Founded by Architect Orlando Ll. Ortiz, fellow of the United Architects of the Philippines and the Philipine
Institute of Interior Designers in 1984 as an Architecural Firm, and venturing into three companies in
1995 – Orlando Ll. Ortiz Designs Associates, Ortiz Construction Corporation, and Furnilink, we are a
duly registered Architectural and Interior Design Firm offering the following services:

COMPREHENSIVE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Our architectural services include Schematic Design Planning, Design Development Planning,
Building & Construction Programming; Cost Feasibility Analysis; Building Design; Construction and
Documentation; Project Specifications, Cost Estimating and all documents required for all necessary
permits.

ENGINEERING DESIGN WORKS
Civil, Mechanical (Air-conditioning, Fire Protection), Electrical, Sanitary, Voice/Data and Fire Protection System.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTATION
Principal Architect, Orlando Ll. Ortiz, heads the designs and operations of the firm. He is ably
supported by a selected team of talented and innovative architects and designers.
We handle all types and phases of Project Design Development, both residential and corporate, as
the client may require.
Aside from our own consultants, our staff includes licensed engineers, Senior Architects and Project
Managers who assist in the evaluation and handling of all its Construction Projects.

FURNILINK is a SEC-registered Furniture and Sashwork manufacturing company with our own
factory and machines.
We have been in existence since 1968 as ORLANDO LL. ORTIZ, a furniture shop manufacturing
made-to-order furniture with designs ranging from classical to high-tech and modern. We have also
exported furniture internationally.
While FURNILINK produces high-quality, made-to-order furniture, we also cater to budget furniture
designs. At present, we manufacture pieces such as space-saving furniture, mobile cabinets both wood
and metal, office partitions, workstations, modular kitchen cabinets and many others for commercial
and corporate clients.
We employ highly skilled technicians, carpenters, upholsterers, painters, steel and metal workers,
talented and versatile furniture designers and full-sizers. Our factory boasts of modern woodworking
and semi-automated machinery, assuring our clients of well-designed and well-built products.

ORTIZ CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is accredited by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation
Board as a Category C General Building and General Engineering Contractor.
