The Renovators’ proprietor Michael Stephen Buendia or Mike has always been the handyman and your reliable Mr. Fix It. From simply changing door knobs to bathroom showers to installing kitchen furnishings and equipment to mounting new lights and electrical systems, Mike has done it. He has always kept a team of skilled workers doing maintenance on the family’s properties and due to the efficient and high quality of work that his workers produce, people began to notice and started asking them to work on other personal projects mostly covering home maintenance.

From there, the projects have diversified from just simple home maintenance to complete home and office make-overs and renovations. Recently, with the impressive attention to detail and efficient scheduling, The Renovators has ventured into general construction together with Intecore Development Corporation.

Today, The Renovators has a pool of manpower with different skills. From carpentry for cabinets to furniture and various woodwork, masonry for structural and aesthetic purposes, plumbing repairs to new pipe laying, electrical services, aesthetic finishing to general construction, The Renovators has several personnel available. We are also introducing our new handyman and maintenance services for those small jobs one may need help for ensuring the utmost convenience and quality of service.
