Dream Architects

Dream Architects is founded by Principal Architect Daryl Balmoria-Garcia. She graduated in 2003 from the University of San Carlos. She is a licensed Master Plumber in 2004, a licensed Architect in 2005, and a licensed Environmental Planner in 2010.

Dream Architects is a fusion of young minds and hands on experience. The firm was officially started last 2008 after completion of the LDS Cebu Temple Complex project, then headed by Arch. Daryl managing the Consultants Office representing the Owner and the Architects and later in the project as the Project Quality Management.

Dream Architects has since then grew with hardwork and perseverance, working on as Design Architects for Orochina and MLD Dreambuilders Inc since then.

Dream Architects has two offices in Lapu-lapu City and Cebu City. Arch. Daryl is also Project Architect representing Rchitects Inc. of Arch. Bong Recio and C+A of Arch. Meloy Casas, both prominent architectural firms based in Manila. Arch. Daryl represents both firms in their Visayas & Mindanao Projects.

Dream Architects design principles is primarily based on the clients preference. We put the dreams and expectation of our clients as the center of the design process. Each client’s needs and specifications are different that no two projects are the same. We are a design & service oriented practice committed to the belief that architecture is capable of enriching the lives and dreams of our clients.  To achieve this, we integrate & embrace the values of each & every client making each project a unique dream come true. We strongly believe that each project is a realization of not just our client’s dreams, but also for the working professionals working together bonded by the single mission of making those dreams come true. Our designs are environment conscious as we put effort to include green building design principles to every project that we do.
