WTA Architecture Design Studio San Juan Greenhills. We are WTA Architecture and Design Studio, one of the Top 10 architectural firms in the Philippines as cited recently by BCI Asia. WTA is a multidisciplinary group of young and idealistic architects and designers based in San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines.

WTA Architecture + Design Studio is a firm specializing in the design of Hotels, Malls, Condominiums, Residential Townhouses, Township Community Development, and other developmental projects. Our staff is composed of highly trained and technically-oriented personnel.

We are a group of architects, interior designers, engineers and urbanists focused on delivering highly efficient and internationally competitive designs. Together with our clients and consultants, we are constantly developing creative approaches and solutions and applying them to the unique global and urban questions of today’s cities.

WTA Architecture + Design Studio was founded October 2007 by Arch William T. Ti Jr. We have worked as design consultants in a wide range of projects-retail shops and residential interiors, to master planning, commercial and institutional developments. Through the years the firm has grown to include interior design and engineering teams to provide a broader and more holistic approach for our clients.
