CS Architecture LLC and CS Design Consultancy Inc. is a full service architecture, interior design and consulting firm established in 1992 with offices in Redding, Connecticut, and Manila, Philippines. The firm provides design services for a wide range of corporate, commercial, educational and residential projects in North America and South East Asia.

Our award winning work has been published in magazines, books and online journals in the United States, Philippines, Australia, Singapore and Korea.

ANNA MARIA V. SY

Ms. Sy is the Managing Director of CS Design Consultancy, Inc., Philippines, and has design responsibilities for all international projects. Currently, she oversees architectural and interior design projects ranging from custom residences to high-end corporate and institutional buildings. Ms. Sy is a registered architect in the United States with 20 years of extensive experience working in South East Asia.

Mr. Chai is the Managing Director of CS Architecture LLC, USA. In addition to design responsibilities, he has been the lead partner engaged as consulting architect to Edward J. Minskoff Equities, Inc., a real estate development company engaged in developing, building and managing over five million square feet of commercial, retail and residential projects throughout the United States. CS Architecture lends its experience and expertise on design, constructability, and construction contract implementation throughout the building process.
